Designing Plumter's B2B Payments Platform
When I joined Plumter in 2022, the company was transitioning from consumer remittance into B2B cross border payments. I led the end to end design of the Vendor Platform across web and mobile, turning a largely manual payment process into a structured product businesses could use to create, manage, approve, and track payments independently.

Designing for Cross border Complexity
My work spanned product architecture, payment creation, transaction lifecycles, onboarding, compliance touchpoints, team workflows, and the foundations of the design system.
A major part of the challenge was making the complexity of cross border payments easier for customers to navigate. I designed flows that adapted to different banking requirements, surfaced pricing and FX information at the right moments, reduced avoidable errors, and made transaction states, issues, and next steps easier to understand.
Over time, the platform replaced much of the manual coordination around payments with a shared product experience that could support Plumter as its customer base, payment volume, and operational complexity grew.
